Features of Royal Enfield Bear 650
This motorcycle is based on the Interceptor 650 platform, but in terms of styling, the Bear 650 looks much more attractive and cool than the Interceptor and the credit for this goes to the paint scheme and exhaust system along with the tires.
Also, the scrambler-style seat and number board on the side panel give a good flavor. The lights are fully LED and the wheel sizes are now different. These spoke wheels also have new MRF Nylorex off-road tires. However, it does not get tubeless spoke wheels.
Royal Enfield Bear 650 Powerful for offroading
The front and rear wheels of the new Interceptor Bear 650 have 320 mm and 270 mm discs respectively. This bike comes with dual-channel ABS which can also be turned off. With this, the company has given a wide handlebar and separately placed footpegs, which look a bit different.
LED lamps have been installed in the front and rear, while new LED indicators have also been given in the bike. For better offroading, the company has given 184 mm ground clearance in the new Interceptor Bear 650, which is sufficient for hilly and rough roads.
Powertrain of the Royal Enfield Bear 650
The Royal Enfield Bear 650 has the same 650 cc parallel-twin motor that generates 47 bhp of power and 57 Nm of torque, which is about 5 Nm more than the Interceptor 650. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox as before.
It also gets a new two-into exhaust system that reduces its weight slightly. However, the final gearing on the Bear 650 is slightly longer as it gets a smaller rear sprocket than the Interceptor 650.
