Redmi 15C 5G India Launch – Know Full Details, Price Leaks & Features

The Redmi 15C 5G will launch in India in the first week of December, the company announced in a social media post on Thursday. Dedicated microsites for the phone have also gone live on Amazon and the Xiaomi India online store, confirming the handset's availability on both websites. Currently, the company hasn't revealed many details about the upcoming Redmi 15C 5G. However, its India price, storage variants, and specifications have recently leaked online. According to the information, it will feature a MediaTek Dimensity SoC, up to 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage.

Redmi 15C 5G India Launch Date

In a post on X, the Xiaomi sub-brand confirmed that the Redmi 15C 5G will launch in India on December 3rd. It has also been confirmed that it will go on sale in the country via Amazon and the Xiaomi India online store. The Redmi 15C 5G has been teased with a dual rear camera unit housed within a rectangular camera module. While specifications, features, and pricing details have not yet been officially revealed, the company has shared a timeline for when more information will be made public.

Redmi 15C 5G Design

The company will reveal the phone's design on November 28th. Following this, the Redmi 15C battery capacity and display features will be announced on December 28th and 30th, respectively. Later, on December 1st and 2nd, the smartphone maker will reveal the upcoming phone's multitasking capabilities and 'Core Memories' feature, which could be related to RAM and storage capacity or camera configuration.

Expected Price and Specifications of the Redmi 15C 5G

Recently, the Redmi15C 5G's India price and specifications have surfaced online. According to the report, the handset's base variant with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage could be priced at ₹12,499. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option is said to be priced at ₹13,999. The top-end 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model could launch in India for ₹14,999.

Regarding specifications, reports suggest that the Redmi 15C 5G is expected to feature a 6.9-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It could come with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and 128GB of UFS 2.2 onboard storage. It will also run on HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. It is expected to have a 6,000mAh battery.
