Ram Mandir: The idol of Ramlala has been Installed in the Sanctum Sanctorum like this, Sun God himself will apply Tilak on the forehead

Ram Mandir

Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha Today Lord Shri Ram will be seated in the Ram temple built in Ayodhya. In building this divine and grand temple, not only the traditional values have been kept in mind, but the scientists have also done wonders. In fact, the idol of Ramlala has been installed in the sanctum sanctorum of Ram temple in such a way that Lord Surya himself will do the tilak of Shri Ram.

Today Lord Shri Ram is going to be seated in Ayodhya city. Apart from presenting a wonderful example of architecture, Ram Mandir is also a symbol of very advanced scientific technology. This specialty will be defined every year on the occasion of Ram Janmotsav, when the rays of the sun will descend on the forehead of Ramlala installed on the ground floor of the three-storey Ram Mandir and anoint him.

40 months ago, along with the Bhoomi Pujan of Ram Mandir, Prime Minister Narendra Modi had expressed his desire to conduct the Surya Abhishek of Suryavanshi Shri Ram and making it possible was also a challenge for the scientists.

Scientists performed a miracle in Ram Mandir

The concerned scientists took this campaign as a challenge and have now prepared a strong action plan to make it possible. For this, scientists have prepared special mirror and lens-based equipment. This instrument has been officially named ‘Surya Tilak Tantra’. Central Building Research Institute (CBRI), Roorkee has played a central role in making this campaign successful.

Will have to wait till next year

To see this miracle of science come true, we may have to wait for Ram Janmotsav next year. According to Dr. Pradeep Kumar Ramancharla, Director of CBRI, the Surya Tilak Tantra will be fully effective only after the construction of the temple is completed. Currently, only the ground floor of the three-storey temple has been constructed. Although the equipment of Surya Tilak Yantra has also been installed in place in the sanctum sanctorum and ground floor.

Arrangement of gearbox, reflective mirror and lens

The Surya Tilak Yantra consists of a gearbox, reflective mirror and lens arranged in such a way that the sun rays from the third floor near the shikara will be brought into the sanctum sanctorum. In ensuring this, CBRI scientists were assisted by the Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA). As a result of this help, optical lenses and brass tubes were manufactured to monitor the path of the Sun. The IIA is considered to be the institute with the necessary expertise on positional astronomy.

Surya Abhishek of Ramlala will last for six minutes

The Surya Tilak Tantra has been designed by the team of scientists of CBRI in such a way that every year on the day of Ram Navami, at 12 noon, the sun’s rays will fall on the forehead of the idol of Ram Lalla for about six minutes.

Miraculous Legacy

Trust trustee Acharya Radheshyam connects this technology with the heritage of Ram Mandir. He believes that Ramjanmabhoomi has been an extraordinary land and the Prime Minister, knowingly or unknowingly inspired by the divinity here, conceived the Surya Abhishek of Ramlala and now our scientists are ready to make it come true.
