Ingredients:
- Finely chopped 1 yellow onion
- Finley chopped 1 garlic clove
- Olive oil- 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
- 8 large eggs
- Half cut tomatoes- less than half kg
- Baby spinach- quarter cup
- Salt and pepper
- French bread- for serving

Preheat the oven at 400 degree F, meanwhile sauté the onions and garlic on skillet with little oil. Add spices and cook for a minute. Put all the half-cut tomatoes into the skillet and give it a stir.
Coat the tomatoes in spices and then roast in oven for 10 minutes. Take out the tomatoes from oven, create space for eggs. Break the eggs and then bake again.
Add the baby spinach and enjoy with baguette(French bread).

- All-purpose flour one and a half cup
- Cocoa powder- quarter cup
- Sugar- half cup
- Whole milk- one and a quarter cup
- Egg-1
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Baking powder- 2 tbsp
- Crushed Oreos, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream for serving
Mix all the dry ingredients in the bowl. Whisk rest of the ingredients in a separate bowl. Combine both the mixture make sure it's lump free. Grease the pan with butter and pour batter. Cook each side and top with Oreos, whipped cream, and chocolate sauce.
