Rotis are the main part of our meal, especially wheat rotis. Chapatis are the staple diet of Indian Households without which there meal remains incomplete. Usually people eat these flatbreads made with wheat flour. But there are many diet conscious people too who search for Healthy rotis alternatives to such wheat chapatis.

  1. Bajra Roti (Millet Flour Flatbread)

Bajra flour is a brown-grey coloured cereal and has a different nutty flavor. It is overwhelmed with zinc, magnesium, iron , calcium and other vitamins. Makki means corn and it is made using using yellow corn flour giving the rotis yellow tinge. It is served in winters with saag and  sometimes gud(jiggery) is also served with it, intensifying its taste.
