Venus and Jupiter are the brightest planets of our solar system and both of them are about to get closest to each other on March 1st. The two bright luminous stars of our planet family have been getting closer to each other throughout February 2023.

Recently, the two planets were seen alongside Moon and the speculation was visible in the night sky on  February 21 and 22, 2023. The pictures of the exclusive space event went viral as people from across the globe shared the pictures of the Moon, Venus, and Jupiter in one frame.

The two most glossy planets of our solar system, Venus and Jupiter are getting closer together all over the month. February is called the month of love and this time even the sky giants couldn’t resist getting closer to each other. The dazzling Venus and Gas giant Jupiter were seen alongside Moon on the nights of February 21 and 22, 2023. The spectacular scene was captured by people from around the world.

Venus and Jupiter’s Closest Interaction 

The blissful wonders of the sky do not end just yet as the most spectacular event is just yet to occur. On March 1, the two shining planets Venus and Jupiter will get closest to each other. The planets will appear almost merged when they will get closer at a distance of just 0.52 degrees (31 arc minutes).

During the event, Jupiter will shine at magnitude -2.1 shining twice as bright as Sirius (the brightest star in the sky). Jupiter shine will be nothing compared to Venus as it will shine at magnitude -4.0 which will make it glow 6 times more than Jupiter. The moment of interaction will no doubt create one of the most charming visuals in the history of mankind.
