The Maruti Suzuki WagonR Swivel Seat is designed in such a way that it can turn outwards and then passengers can sit or stand up with minimum physical effort. This significantly reduces the load on the knees, hips and lower back, especially for users with limited mobility.

Notably, the system does not substitute the factory-fitted seat, and it does not necessitate any modification to a car. Maruti Suzuki affirms that the installation duration is approximately one hour, and thus, it is a good retrofit scenario instead of making a permanent change.
