The fascia has large LED DRLs that are twin-edge boomerang shaped. Something similar was also seen on the recently launched XUV 3XOsub 4.5 metre SUV. The LED DRLs are not connected to a dedicated light bar in the middle. The headlights are adjusted vertically, and it looks almost similar to what we saw on the XUV.e8 (non-coupe version).
At the front, the number plate is placed at the top and the radar module for the ADAS is located in the lower bumper. Overall, the fascia looks very similar to the XUV.e8. But design differences like the central LED light bar can be seen on the XUV.e8. The design differences are more visible on the sides. The XUV.e9 features a unique sloping roofline design. The side profile of the XUV.e8 is similar to the XUV700, while the XUV.e9 features wide rear sections that give it an aggressive look. At the rear, the XUV.e9 features distinctive design details, while the test mule of the XUV.e8 looks quite similar to the XUV700.
