The first sighting of a test vehicle for the all-electric Mahindra BE.05 SUV was recently reported. The BE.05, the first SUV in Mahindra’s upcoming BE lineup, was only shown in spy shots; however, the interior of the production-spec electric vehicle has now been revealed for the first time.

In the idea structure that was uncovered last year, the two most particular components of this EV’s inside were the wraparound impact for the driver’s seat and the twin associated infotainment screens.
However, the infotainment screen appears to have been overlooked on the pre-production test mule, which only has one sizeable digital screen behind the steering wheel. However, the infotainment screen’s shape for the final production model remains to be seen, and this seems like a temporary fix.

The BE.05 will be supported by an all-new INGLO EV skateboard stage. While the specific specialized details for the BE.05 have not been uncovered, we realize that this stage will utilize a typical battery load plan with normalized cell-to-pack innovation that will utilize both Sharp edge and Kaleidoscopic cell structures.
Features
Depending on the model, vehicle battery capacities will range from 60 to 80 kWh and reach 175 kW for fast charging, allowing the battery to be charged to 80 percent capacity in less than 30 minutes. Under the WLTP cycle, the 80 kWh battery, according to Mahindra, should provide a driving range of approximately 435 to 450 km. Depending on the model, the new electric SUVs will be available with either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
