- Long-grain white rice- 3 cups
- Ground cinnamon- 2 tbsps
- Cloves- half teaspoon
- Vanilla extract- 2 tablespoons
- Milk- 12 ounce
- Condensed milk- 14 ounce
- Coconut- 2/3 cup
- Raisins- 2/3 cup
- Sugar- 2 cups
Boil the rice with cloves and cinnamon for half an hour. Later, add the remaining ingredients one by one. Give it a stir and let it simmer for few more minutes.
Garnish with shredded coconut and serve cold because it tastes better and less sweet than warm pudding.
Flame-Kissed Flavour Nachos

- Grilled chicken breast/tofu/steak/veggies of your choice
- Sweet potatoes- 2 medium
- Corn- 2
- Pinto beans- 1 15-ounce
- Crumbled cheese- 3/4 cup
- Olive oil- 2 tablespoons+3 tbsp for marinade
- Black pepper- 1/4 tsp
- Salt, Chilli powder, cumin powder- half tsp each
- Garlic- 1-2
- lime juice
- Jalapeno- 1 chopped
- Cilantro leaves- 1/4 cup
- Whole milk yogurt- 1 cup
- Green onion- 1 medium
Prepare the marinade first by mixing olive oil, lime juice, crushed garlic, and all spices in a bowl. Dip the chicken breast or the veggies of your choice into the bowl and seal in a plastic bag.
Leave for 2 hours if you are using chicken and only half an hour in case you opt for veggies or tofu. Meanwhile, make the sauce ready with cilantro, lime juice, yogurt, jalapeno, salt, and onion in a food processor.

- Garlic cloves- 3

- Kosher salt
- Breadcrumbs- 1/4 cup

- Chicken – 1 lb

- Red chilli flakes
- Mayonnaise- 1/2 cup
- Cumin – half teaspoon
- Honey – 2 tap
- Hot sauce- 2 TSP
Mix chicken, parmesan, salt, soy sauce, garlic, breadcrumbs, and cumin in a bowl and roll meatballs.
Put these balls in the greased baking sheet and bake till golden brown.
