Lamborghini Temerario: Lamborghini India has launched a new high-performance hybrid supercar in the country. The name of this car is Lamborghini Temerario. The ex-showroom price of this car starts at Rs 6 crore. This car replaces the classic model Huracan in the lineup of the supercar brand. This supercar was launched globally in August last year. Well, after 8 months, it has now been launched in India. The special thing for the new supercar company is that it is a class of hybrid (PHEV) car, which can also be charged like an electric car.
Powerful engine and hybrid technology
The Lamborghini Temerario is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, which is connected to a hybrid system . It will get additional power with the help of three electric motors. Talking about the V8 engine only, it generates 800 bhp of power and 730 Nm of torque. With the hybrid system, the total output will reach 920 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque.
Lamborghini Temerario Design of the supercar
Talking about the design of the supercar, it comes with a new and aggressive look. It has a shark-nose front fascia, lower lip spoiler and hexagonal LED DRLs, which contribute to its distinctive look. At the rear, hexagon-themed taillights, centrally mounted exhaust and aerodynamic ORVMs reflect Lamborghini’s signature design.
It has 20-inch tyres at the front and 21-inch tyres at the rear. It also has an aluminium spaceframe chassis, which is 24 percent stronger than the mixed-material frame of the current Huracán. For braking, there is a 410 mm front disc with 10-piston calipers and a 390 mm rear disc with 4-piston calipers.
The car is like a fighter jet from the inside
From the inside, the Temerario has a fighter jet-style cockpit, which looks similar to the Revuelto. Apart from this, the supercar also has a 12.3-inch digital driver display, an 8.4-inch vertical infotainment screen and a 9.1-inch co-driver display . Which is equipped with all the modern facilities.
The supercar has ventilated and heated, electrically adjustable seats, as well as a multi-function steering wheel with physical buttons. The car also has 13 drive modes, including modes like Citta, Strada, Sport and Corsa. There are also hybrid-special modes like Recharge, Hybrid and Performance.
Top Speed and Acceleration
The performance of this hybrid super SUV is very strong. This car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds, while its top speed goes up to 343 km/h, making it one of the fastest cars in its segment.
Lamborghini Temerario Expected Price
The price will be revealed by Lamborghini at the time of launch, but it is expected that the ex-showroom price of the Temerario can be between Rs 6 to 7 crore. In India, it will compete directly with high-performance cars like Ferrari and Aston Martin.
