JSW MG Hector, Hector Plus Officially Launched in India – Prices From ₹13.99 Lakh

JSW MG Motor India has officially updated 2025 mg of SUV in the Indian market. The main attraction of this launch is the upgraded E20 -analog petrol engine designed to meet the new BS6 Step -2 emission criteria. Under the new rules, all vehicles manufactured in India after April 1, 2025 should support E20 fuel, 20% ethanol and 80% petrol mixture.

MG Hector 2025 Price in India

The starting price of Hector is Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes upto Rs 22.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The ex-showroom price of Hector Plus starts from Rs 17.49 lakh and goes upto Rs 23.20 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top model.

The company is offering a London trip with a prize of Rs 4 lakh for 20 lucky customers along with the car. Hector and Hector Plus compete with Tata Harrier, Safari, Mahindra Scorpio N, Mahindra XUV700 and Hyundai Alcazar.

Along with the launch of the new Hector, JSW MG Motor India has also started a special promotional campaign called 'Midnight Carnival'. Under this, customers are getting benefits of up to Rs 4 lakh on purchasing the Hector SUV. These offers will be available at MG showrooms across the country, which will now remain open till 12 midnight every weekend, and this facility will continue till June 30, 2025.

MG Hector Design & Variants

The SUV has a total of 6 trim levels - Style, Shine Pro, Select Pro, Smart Pro, Sharp Pro and Savvy Pro. This car is coming in 5-seater and 7-seater options. Apart from this, the car has some special features like 14-inch touchscreen (with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto), front ventilated seats, 8-color ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof and digital instrument cluster.

MG Hector Engine & Performance

The engine of JSW MG Hector has been updated. According to the information given by the manufacturer, it is now being offered with E20 compliant engines. According to the information given by MG, its 1.5 liter petrol engine is being offered with manual and CVT transmission with E20 update.
