The AirTag has been effective, but it is often surrounded by controversy. There have been reports of tracking devices being used for stalking, leading to Google reportedly developing the Unfamiliar Device Alerts feature. This could mean that Google is planning on launching its own tracking device, although its release date is yet unknown.

Meanwhile, JBL has announced its Bar series soundbars, which includes four models — JBL Bar2.1 Deep Bass, Bar500, Bar800 and Bar1000. These soundbars are now available, with prices ranging from Rs 34,999 to Rs 1,29,999. The Bar500 and Bar800 are equipped with Airplay2, Alexa, MRM, and built-in Chromecast, and they, alongside the Bar1000, can be managed with the JBL One app for custom audio equalization.

It includes an HDMI cable for connecting to a television as well as Bluetooth for streaming music from a mobile device. The soundbar offers Dolby Digital and JBL Surround Sound, and also features a wireless down-firing subwoofer and eARC HDMI for a more immersive sound experience. It is designed to enhance the audio for TVs without any external wires or speakers.

The JBL Bar500 has a max power output of 590W, improving the TV viewing experience with its MultiBeam technology and Dolby Atmos 3D surround sound, giving users a cinematic experience. PureVoice technology optimises voice clarity, and the wireless 10-inch subwoofer promises precise bass.
