In 2020, Apple launched its affordable smartphone option, iPhone SE. Now we are all set to see the 3rd generation of this tail in the first quarter of 2022. According to TrendForce, Apple claimed that “the company is staying with the plan to release iPhone SE 3 in 1Q22” in a recent report.

This version of the iPhone works as a major step for Apple to establish a presence in a market segment for mid-range 5G smartphones. The production volume of the product is 25 to 30 million units.

The handset will feature the same display and design as iPhone SE (2020) with large bezels and a Touch ID button. The set will come with a 4.70 inches touchscreen display.
