There has been an update on the suspension period of the stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra. Kunal was suspended from flying with IndiGo due to his “unacceptable behaviour”.

An internal committee heard sides from both the parties and passed an order under which Kamra has been suspended for 3 months from flying.

Last month Kunal Kamra was suspended from flying with IndiGo due to his unacceptable behaviour. He was suspended while flying from Mumbai to Lucknow after he provoked news anchor Arnab Goswami by asking questions in his own style.

IndiGo Tweeted:

“In light of the recent incident onboard 6E 5317 from Mumbai to Lucknow, we wish to inform that we are suspending Mr Kunal Kamra from flying with IndiGo for a period of six months, as his conduct onboard was unacceptable behaviour,”

The Airline Further Added:

“Hereby, we wish to advise our passengers to refrain from indulging in personal slander whilst onboard, as this can potentially compromise the safety of fellow passengers,”

Hardeep Singh Puri, Civil Aviation Minister Tweeted:

“Hereby, we wish to advise our passengers to refrain from indulging in personal slander whilst onboard, as this can potentially compromise the safety of fellow passengers,”

Kamra will be soon seen on flights.
