Breaking: Global Number Of Covid-19 Confirmed Cases Surpasses 1 Million Mark

The number of positive coronavirus cases has surpassed 1 million today as per the latest figures from Johns Hopkins University. Approx 53, 000 people have lost their loves and more than 210,00 have recorved of Covid-19.

As of now, US is the nation with the most cases, and around 1,000 died there in the past few days.

The coronavirus outbreak, first megred in wuhan, China three months ago.

As per the latest news there are one million confirmed cases, however the actual figure is thought to be much higher.

It took only a month for the first 1 millions positive cases to be registered.  The figure reached to 1 millions after a sudden doubling in cases over the past few days in different nations, especially in Delhi.

Yesterday, Spain revealed pver 950 people had died in the last 24 hours- expected to be the highest number of deaths of any nation in one day.

The confirmed cases figure in Spanish grows from 102,136 to 110,238 in just past 2 days.

“We continue with an increase of around 8%. This points, as we have already seen, to a stabilisation in the data that we’re registering,” Said María José Sierra, Spanish health ministry’s emergency co-ordination unit member.
