Last year in December US President Joe Biden’s classified files discovery already made a round.
But recent disclosure by the US legal department that another set of classified documents found at US President Delaware’s home already raised the eyebrows of many law-enforced members and Republicans.
Now investigators made a point that an outside prosecutor would likely have to be appointed to look into Biden’s sensitive classified records.
On Thursday US Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed Robert Hur as special counsel, who will look after the classified documents without favoring any of the party.

The classified documents investigation was revealed at a time in December last year when US Attorney General Garland investigated the classified documents found at Trump Mar-a-Lago resorts in Florida after he left the White House.
US Attorney General Garland appointed Jack Smith as special counsel in that case.
But his future actions clarify how he’ll handle Biden’s classified documents case.
Was Biden Aware of These Classified Files?
It is unclear whether US President Joe Biden was aware of these classified documents files or not.
Department of Justice officials said, “that they’ve made no determination on whether Biden intended to break any law, but they now must figure out as best they can what happended with the classified records, and they cannot merely rely on the account from the Biden team.”
Biden Attorney Richard Sauber said, “We are confident that a thorough review will show that these documents were inadvertently misplaced, and the President and his lawyers acted promptly upon discovery of this mistake,”.
