#10. Rajasthan Royals (RR)
Rajasthan Royals may have various good batsmen and bowlers in its team, but it still lacks options for all-rounders. If we look at RR’s overall squad, we will find only three names, Jason Holder, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Riyan Parag.
Out of them, Holder is the only player whom we can call a perfect one. Other than him, Ashwin is more like a bowler, and Parag is more like a batsman. So, we can say Rajasthan Royals is the worst team in IPL 2023, according to the all-rounder’s point of view.

#8. Mumbai Indians (MI)
No doubt, Neeta Ambani’s Mumbai Indians is the best IPL franchise in the history of this tournament. The team has won five IPL trophies and is famous for its explosive all-rounders. But after the departure of Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya and Kieron Pollard, Mumbai needs to pull in some other players.
