Avatar: The Way of Water" Sets Unbelievable Record, Out-Performs Avengers: Infinity War!

James Cameron's Avatar 2 is breaking Box Office records every day and is on its way to becoming the fifth most successful film of all time.

As of the 38th day of its release, Avatar: The Way of Water has earned over $2 billion at the global Box Office, achieving the milestone on its sixth Sunday.

Avatar 2 has made an impressive $2.02 billion worldwide, surpassing the same benchmark reached by its predecessor Avatar (2009) within 45 days of its release. This is the first movie to hit this milestone since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Of these six films, three are directed by James Cameron. In India, Avatar 2 has already earned $57.90 million in just 38 days, making it the sixth highest-grossing market.

However, the highest grossing international market for the movie is China, where it has earned a whopping $229.70 million.
