Anupam Kher Achieves the Best Actor Award at New York City International Film Festival

Anupam Kher has attained the Big Feat by winning the Best Actor award at New York City International Film Festival(NYCIFF), USA for his Short Film Happy Birthday. It was the happiest moment for this talented bollywood star. In fact Happy Birthday also received “the Best Short Film Award at Film Festival”.

So, this was not only the joyful moment for Anupam Kher but for the whole team of Happy Birthday as well. Anupam Kher expressed the sincere gratitude towards the whole team of the movie. It was a delightful moment as this short film attained two victories.

Mr. Kher said, “Thank you New York City International Film Festival (NYCIFF) for this great honour. It`s humbling to be declared the Best Actor in this prestigious film festival. The credit goes to the whole young team of `Happy Birthday` and my co-actor Aahana Kumra, thanks to the director Prasad Kadam, and the rest team."

Anupam Kher also shared the news with his fans on social media. He acknowledged his co-star Aahana Kumra for her brilliant performance and thanked the entire unit of the movie for there support. It was an exhilarating moment for Anupam Kher as can be seen from social media. He said I am extremely happy to win this prosperous award.

Happy Birthday is the second movie where Anupam and Aahana worked again. Before that they worked together in 2019  for critically acclaimed movie “The Accidental Prime Minister”. Besides Happy Birthday Anupam Kher has many projects lined up. These are The Last Show,Mungilal Rocks, and The Kashmiri Films.

Anupam Kher also penned down his book in the month of February title, “Your Best Day is Today” which is a self-help motivational book and received much praise for it. Meanwhle the film marked the great success for Mr. Kher and has taken his career to new heights. Wholeheartedly we congratulate him. It will be released on various platforms soon.
