Dosa is one of the most loved snacks in India. Not only south Indians prefer it but people all over India are fond of this flavorful dish. Some people pair up their dosa with Sambhar while some enjoy it with coconut chutney.

There have been many variations and experiments that people are trying out with food. However, some turn out to be successful while some are blunders.

Here is one such deadly combination that Anand Mahindra shared on his Twitter account. He shared on his account a dosa from the streets of Bengaluru. A vendor named Manjunath runs the dosa shop that combines it with ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Sorry totally disagree. Never develop Jugaad products. Be creative without loosing Authenticity. When you mix two unrelated products you dilute the value of both. It’s good a gimmick but never stands the test of time.
