• The woman alleges that the comments section of the video also contains words that cannot be publicly displayed.

Case Registered at Cyber ​​Crime Police Station

Ruby Tomar has registered a case at the Cyber ​​Crime Police Station regarding this matter. She has demanded that strict action be taken against those spreading such content as soon as possible.

Based on the woman's complaint, the police have registered a case against the influencer Gauri and have started an investigation into the entire matter. The government has already adopted a strict stance on social media content.

It is worth noting that recently, the central government and the Ministry of Information Technology had warned social media platforms regarding obscene, fake, and objectionable content. The government had clearly stated that if the platforms were negligent, their legal immunity (Safe Harbour) could be revoked.
