Afghanistan vs Pakistan: Reason for Pakistan’s Defeat

Pakistan was playing against Afghanistan without five of its frontline players including captain Babar Azam. Here’s a list of the Pakistan players that weren’t playing against Afghanistan:

Mohammad Nabi from Afghanistan managed to win the “Man of the Match” title after taking 2 wickets and scoring 38 runs for his team. He later said, “It was tough to chase on this ground and it got even more intensifying as I was trying to bat until the last moment.” He later added, “Sometimes it required to play this kind of knocks to secure a win for the team”.

Pakistan’s low score against Afghanistan somehow skipped over their lowest total of 74 runs against Australia in 2012. Pakistan will play its next match against Afghanistan on 26th March.
