But how do you create a powerful morning routine? Don’t worry, here some simple steps to begin with.

1. Waking Up Early

By waking up early I’m not telling you to compromise your 8 hours of sleep or be an early bird who wakes up at 5 a.m.! I’m talking about waking up early from your usual time so that you don’t rush things up.
You can try waking up 30 mins early and gradually increase the time.

2. Give Yourself A Pep Talk

The thoughts that run through our head in the morning determines our mood for the entire day. How many times have something mildly unpleasant happened to you that made you grumpy for the entire day? A lot! I guess. That’s when positive self-talk helps. Wake up, look in the mirror and remind yourself that you are amazing, talented, beautiful and confident. Don’t let your insecurities or fears rule your day.

3. Indulge In A Physical Activity

Just like mental health, you should invest in good physical health too. Indulge in a mild exercise session, a fun aerobic session or peaceful yoga. The key here is to do something that has long-lasting health benefits and save yourself from all the medicines and pain in the future.

A lot of us tend to ignore our breakfasts but breakfast is very important as our body was deprived of food for so many hours. Healthy breakfast is the key to start your day with positivity and will keep you energetic throughout.

6. Don’t Scroll Through Your Social Media Feed

Don’t start your day scrolling miles through your feed! Instead, try Reading news or learning something new through books or podcasts. Learning a new thing apart from your regular activities will boost up your confidence and will prove to be a good workout for your brain.

7. Drink Tea/Coffee

If you enjoy tea or coffee, drink a cup of it to increase your alertness. Although this is up to your personal preference if you don’t prefer caffeinated drinks try fresh orange juice.

8. Make Your bed
