Bajaj Auto has launched the new Bajaj Chetak 3503 electric scooter in India. This is the most affordable model of the Chetak 35 series. And the company has started booking it even before its launch.
The Chetak 3503 electric scooter has a 3.5kWh lithium-ion battery pack, which is also available in the 3501 and 3502 variants. The battery given in it can give a range of up to 151 km after full charge. Its top speed is limited to 63 kmph. At the same time, 3502 and 3501 get a top speed of 73 kmph. Its battery takes about 3 hours and 25 minutes to charge from 0-80%.
The Chetak 3503 electric scooter uses a round LCD instrument console, while the top variant gets a rectangular TFT console. It has features like Bluetooth connectivity, music control and call management, but it does not have the feature of turn-by-turn navigation. Drum brakes have been given in 3503. It has hill hold assist, two ride modes (Eco and Sport) and all-LED lighting feature like the rest of the variants.
