2024 Hero Glamour Launched in India, Here are The Latest Updates

Hero MotoCorp has launched the updated Hero Glamour in India. The drum brake variant is priced at ₹ 83,598 and the disc brake variant is priced at ₹ 87,598 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It has a new paint scheme - Black Metallic Silver and the motorcycle also gets a new LED headlight with hazard lamps. Hero says that the Glamour is the only motorcycle in the 125 cc segment to be equipped with hazard lamps. Other features include a stop-start system, smartphone charging port and digital instrument console.

If you are looking to buy a 125cc bike in India, then you can consider the new Hero Glamour. The 2024 Hero Glamour model now gets LED headlamp, hazard lamp and stop-start switch. Along with this, it also gets a smartphone charging port and digital instrument cluster. The bike measures 2,051 mm in length and 1,074 mm in height. Its drum variant has a width of 720 mm and the disc version has a width of 743 mm. Apart from this, it has a wheelbase of 1,273 mm, fuel tank capacity of 10 liters, ground clearance of 180 mm and kerb weight of 122 kg (drum) and 123 kg (disc). The bike is fitted with 18-inch wheels.

New colour options and variants Hero Glamour 125

has introduced a new Black Metallic Silver colour, joining the existing options of Candy Blazing Red, Black Sports Red and Black Techno Blue. This new colour broadens the appeal of the motorcycle, providing more options for customers. The bike will be available in two variants: drum and disc, both of which are equipped with new LED headlamps as a standard feature.

Powertrain

The 2024 HeroGlamour 125 is powered by an air-cooled, 4-stroke engine that produces a maximum power of 10.72 hp at 7500 rpm and a peak torque of 10.6 Nm at 6000 rpm. The engine has a bore and stroke of 52.4 x 57.8 mm and is equipped with a fuel injection system for efficient fuel delivery and enhanced performance.

Dimensions

The bike has an overall length of 2051 mm, a height of 1074 mm and a width of 720 mm for the drum variant and 743 mm for the disc variant. It has a wheelbase of 1273 mm, which offers stability and control, while a ground clearance of 180 mm ensures that it can handle various road conditions with ease.

Mechanical

The front suspension comprises of telescopic front forks with a travel of 120 mm, while the rear suspension features adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers with a travel of 81 mm. For braking, it offers a choice between a 240mm front disc brake or a 130mm front drum brake, along with a 130mm rear drum brake.

Powerful Engine

The 2024 Hero Glamour is powered by a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that generates 10.72bhp of power and 10.6Nm of peak torque. It gets telescopic front forks and dual rear shocks for suspension. Its top-spec models get front disc and rear drum brakes.

The Hero Glamour is one of the most popular 125cc bikes. The ex-showroom price of the new Glamour ranges between Rs 83,598 (drum brake) and Rs 87,598 (disc brake). In the Indian market, it competes with Bajaj Pulsar 125 Neon and Honda Shine, TVS Raider 125, TVS Ntorq and Hero Maestro Edge 125.
