For the last few weeks, Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been facing a tremendous amount of hate on social media for abandoning his wife and children. His wife Aaliya Siddiqui is regularly sharing griefing videos on her Instagram handle.
But now, after being silent for a long time, Nawazuddin finally made his statement on this matter. Today, on 6th March 2023, the actor shared a post on his Instagram handle to tell his side of the story.
In the post, the ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ actor described five reasons why he got separated from his wife and what’s the matter with his children. Read his full statement here.
Why Nawazuddin Siddiqui Abandoned His Wife And Children?
First of all! Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui explained why he kept quiet for all this time. He wrote, “I am termed as a bad guy everywhere because of my silence. The reason I have kept quiet is because all this tamasha will somewhere be read by my small children.”
“Social Media Platforms, Press & A bunch of people are really enjoying my character assassination on the basis of one-sided and manipulated videos. There are a few points, I would like to express.”

1. Nawazuddin Siddiqui Divorced Aaliya Years Ago
Starting his first point, Nawaz wrote, “First of all me and Aaliya do not stay together since several years, we are already divorced but we definitely had an understanding only for our kids.”
2. Why Nawaz’s Kids Are in India and Not Attending School in Dubai?
In the second point, the actor talked about his children and their schooling in Dubai. He added, “Does anyone know, why my kids are in India and not attending school for 45 days, wherein the school is sending me letters every day that it’s been too long an absence? My kids have been made hostage for the past 45 days & are missing their schooling in Dubai.”

3. Why Aaliya Puts False Aqusition on Nawaz?
Explaining his deeds with Aaliya Siddiqui, Nawazuddin Siddiqui wrote, “She had abandoned the kids in Dubai for the last 4 months before calling them here on the pretext of demanding money.”
“On an average, she is been paid approx 10 Lakhs per month for the past 2 years and 5-7 lakhs per month before moving to Dubai with my children, excluding the school fees, medical, travel and other leisure activities.”
“I have also financed her 3 films costing me crores of rupees, just to help her set up her income stream since she is the mother of my kids. She was given luxurious cars for my kids, but she sold them and spent the money on herself.”
“I have also bought a lavish sea-facing apartment in Versova, Mumbai for my children. Aaliya was made the co-owner of the said apartment as my kids are small. I have given my children a rented apartment in Dubai, where she was also living comfortably.”

My Children Live With Their Grandmother, Whenever They Come to India,” Wrote Nawazuddin Siddiqui
Talking of his children’s residence in India, the ‘Sacred Games’ actor wrote, “whenever my children came to India during their vacation, they used to stay with their grandmother only. How could anyone throw them out of the house? I myself was not in the house during that time. Why didn’t she make a video of being thrown out, whereas she makes a video of every random thing?”

Aaliya Dragged My Kids In This Drama for Money
To explain why Aaliya is doing this, Nawaz wrote, “she has dragged the kids into this drama and she is doing all this to simply blackmail me, malign my reputation, her intent to spoil my career and fulfil her illegitimate demands.”
