The coronavirus pandemic is causing too many troubles to the people nationwide. So, to address the queries of the people The Ministry Of Health and Family Welfare came up with a solution.
The largest and active social media platform, Twitter and The Ministry will now work in collaboration. Now, the Ministry will have a separate and dedicated account on twitter.
COVID India Seva is the new account where the citizens can ask their queries and get real-time solutions. The aim of the account is to deliver transparent e-governance to the citizens. So, now those having twitter accounts can ask their queries to the authorities to @CovidIndiaSeva. They will get the response immediately from the authorities. The Health Minister shared the launch of the account through this tweet. There will be a direct communication channel between the people and the authorities. Here, the authorities will share all the health information regarding the coronavirus. Now, the public will have access to all the information regarding covid-19 updates. Already more than 1,700 followers are following the @CovidIndiaSeva account. The page is very active and users are getting the right response. Earlier, a user on twitter tweeted about the insufficient food items in a village near Sector 73 of Noida. Quickly, they get a response from the authorities after their details have been shared. There are many more such instances showing that this launch is an effective step. Such a step will prove beneficial for those who do not know whom to reach out for help. So far, the country is facing 19,000 cases of coronavirus. Also, the lives of more than 600 people are lost in the battle against coronavirus.
