Tata Harrier and Safari have driven unexpectedly high volumes for Tata Motors. Although there is a fact that you might not know, that is since February 2022, both the SUVs are being combined together by an all-women crew.
The all-women crew of has been involved in culminating thievery famous SUVs. The judgment was taken at the end of 2021, and the first Tata SUV to launch, cumulated by an all-women crew, was in February 2022.
Since Feb 2022, the employees have taken more than 1,500 women in the assembly line of the Omega factory section, referred to as the TCF-2 at Tata’s lounging 900-cars and Pimpri plant near Pune.

For general folk like us, the TCF-2 line seems like any other car assembly line. Although, the company has made various alterations to make to line more women-friendly, such as the weight of tools, for example.
