Salman Khan did not have any release this Eid, but he announced that he will have an Eid special film next year, titled Sikandar. Salman Khan on Thursday announced that his next film has been titled Sikander and it will release in theaters across the country on Eid 2025.
Salman will play the lead role in this film directed by AR Murugadoss. The project will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala’s banner Nadiadwala Grandson

Today, April 11, Salman Khan took to Instagram to share the title of his much-awaited film with director AR Murugadoss and filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala. Salman posted a caption image with a dark blue background that read, “Salman Khan as Sikandar.”

In the caption accompanying the post, Salman urged the public to watch this year’s Eid releases, Ajay Devgan starrer Maidaan and Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff starrer Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, before coming to watch his Sikandar next year.

‘Sikander’ marks the reunion of Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala after their blockbuster collaboration in films like ‘Kick’, ‘Judwaa’ and ‘Mujhse Shaadi Karogi’. Meanwhile, AR Murugadoss made his Hindi debut with ‘Ghajini’, which crossed the Rs 100 crore mark at the box office. He also directed Akshay Kumar’s film ‘Holiday: A Soldier Is Never Off Duty’.
