Ranbir and Alia have been seen many times in public but the duo never confirmed their relationship. For the first time in an interview, Ranbir accepted that Alia is his girlfriend and the two would have married in 2020 but pandemic put their plans on halt.

The two met on the sets of Brahmastra and fell in love. They have been spotted many times together. Fans already got a hint about their relationship.
However, neither Alia nor Ranbir said anything about each other when asked about being in love. The two had spent quality time during lockdown watching movies and taking online classes.
Ranbir in the interview with Rajeev Masand( film journalist) appreciated Alia and said she is an overachiever. On asking about their wedding plans, Ranbir said,
“I don’t want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal very soon in my life,” he said.
