Ram Mandir: The ritual of consecration of Ram Lalla has been formally started with the chanting of Vedic mantras in Ayodhya, the city of Lord Shri Ram. Ramlala’s consecration will take place on January 22. But today itself Ramlala will enter his newly built Ram temple.

Today the idol of Ram Lalla will be taken on a tour of the Ram Janmabhoomi complex and tomorrow i.e., on January 18, Ram Lalla will enter the sanctum sanctorum. A new idol has been built in the Ram temple for the consecration of Ramlala, which shows the form of a 5-year-old child.

Now the question arises that when the new idol of Ramlal will be placed in the sanctum sanctorum, then what will happen to the idol of Ramlal which remained in the tent for years.

Ram Mandir: In place of the existing idol, a new idol of Ramlala made by Mysuru sculptor Arun Yogiraj has been selected for installation in the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Temple Trust General Secretary Champat Rai had given this information recently. On January 18, it will be installed in the sanctum sanctorum at Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha.

Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony is to be organized in Ayodhya on 22 January. According to Champat Rai, the program and worship ritual of Shri Ram Lalla in his new grand temple in Ayodhya Dham on 22nd January is going on from 16th January, while the idol which is to be consecrated will be taken to the sanctum sanctorum on 18th January. I will be installed on my seat.

Where will the existing statue of Ramlala be?

Ram Mandir: There is no clarity yet regarding the existing idol of Ram Lalla, what will happen to that idol, where will it be kept and how will it be worshipped? But it is certain that the present idol will also be kept in the new temple.

Champat Rai, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, has said that the present idol of Ramlala will also be kept in the sanctum sanctorum of the new temple. Champat Rai was asked a question regarding the existing statue of Ramlala, only then he answered it.

Let us tell you that the existing idol of Ram Lala has been there since 1950 and it will also be kept in the sanctum sanctorum of the new temple.

When and what time will Prana Pratistha be held?

According to Champat Rai, all the preparations related to Ramlala Pran Pratistha program have been completed. Pran Pratishtha will start on January 22 at 12:20 pm. The time of Pran Pratishtha has been determined by Varanasi priest Ganeshwar Shastri.

At the same time, the entire ritual related to Pran Pratistha will be done by Laxmikant Dixit of Varanasi. The puja ritual will continue from January 16 to January 21. Minimum necessary activities will be organized for Pran Pratishtha on 22 January.

Who will be present in the Ram Mandir ceremony?

Ram Mandir: According to Champat Rai, on the occasion of Pran Pratistha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) Sarsanghchalak Mohan Bhagwat, Governor Anandi Ben Patel, Ram Janmabhoomi Trust President Mahant Nritya Gopal Das and all the judges will be present in the sanctum sanctorum.

He further said, ‘We have installed eight thousand chairs in the temple courtyard, where distinguished people will sit. On January 22, across the country, people will participate in cleanliness and bhajan, worship and kirtan in their respective temple. The Pran Pratishtha program can be watched live on TVs.

How is the new statue?

It is being told that the statue of Ramlala which is to be consecrated is made of stone. Its estimated weight will be between 150 to 200 kg. This is the form of a five-year-old child, which is to be installed as a standing statue.
