After a Poor Screening, Aquaman 2 is in Serious Trouble.

Fans were looking forward to Jason Momoa’s Aquaman 2: The Lost Kingdom. Several reports now confirm its poor performance in the test screening.

A first-hand account from Viewer Anon that Aquaman2 and the Lost Kingdom held a handful of test screenings, yielding negative results for the James Wan-directed film. It was corroborated by Big Screen Leaks and movie critic Jeff Sneider.

The studio “intentionally avoided answering the question about the DC Universe films as Aquaman 2 fails on test screening,” according to the big screen. While it is revealed that this movie experienced a test screening incident that has never occurred with any other film.

Based on the DC Comics character Aquaman, the movie is intended to be the sequel to Aquaman (2018). Aquaman is the 15th and final entry in the DC Extended Universe and was made by DC Studios, the Safran Company, and Atomic Monster Productions. Warner Bros. Pictures will distribute Aquaman 2 (DCEU).

Jason Momoa plays Arthur Curry/Aquaman in the James Wan-directed movie, which also features Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Temuera Morrison, and Nicole Kidman.

Following up on those jokes, Sneider claimed that one of the reasons Jason Momoa has been mentioned for a long-rumored live-action Lobo project is because of the poor test screenings.
