Oppo recently released its Oppo A56s 5G, the newest device in its A series. This updated model features a 90Hz display and runs on an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, an upgrade on the Dimensity 700 SoC found in its predecessor, the A56 5G.
Although some of the features are the same, the A56s also offers a 5,000mAh battery and a 13-Megapixel main rear camera.
Oppo A56s 5G price, availability
Oppo has recently launched its latest A series model, the A56s 5G, in China. This upgraded version of the Oppo A56 5G, which was rolled out in October 2021, features a 90Hz display, is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, a 5,000mAh battery, and a 13-Megapixel main rear camera.
The phone is available in two variants, one with 8GB + 128GB storage and the other with 8GB + 256GB storage, and comes in Black and Blue colour options.
The 8GB + 128GB model of the Oppo A56s 5G is priced at CNY 1,099 (roughly Rs. 13,322) and the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at CNY 1,299 (roughly Rs. 15,748). The device can be purchased on JD.com in China, but availability and pricing of the Oppo A56s 5G in other markets, including India, is yet to be announced.’

The Oppo A56 5G was introduced in 2021 with a 6GB + 128GB configuration and a starting price of CNY 1,599 (around Rs. 19,100).

It is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. The Oppo A56s 5G is equipped with a dual-SIM (Nano) slot, runs on Android 12 with ColorOS UI on top, sports a 6.56-inch HD+ (720×1,612 pixels) LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate, and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC coupled with a Mali G57 MC2 GPU.
The device offers up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB ofUFS 2.2 storage. It has a dual rear camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a portrait lens, and a dual-LED flash, and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. It is also backed by a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

The Oppo A56s 5G is equipped with 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack for connectivity. It also has face unlocking feature and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The phone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery, compatible with 10W standard charging.
