Elon Musk Announces New Features Coming to Twitter: encryption, DM responses and emoji reactions

Twitter’s CEO, Elon Musk, has revealed that the company would soon release a few new features, including the ability to reply to individual direct messages (DM), use any reaction emoji, and use encryption. According to Musk’s announcement, the new features will give users a more dynamic and secure experience on the platform, They launch later this month.

Elon musk said that users will be able to modify the algorithm to get their closest match. As a result, users will be able to customize their Twitter experience to match their unique preferences and interests, making it more engaging and personalized for all users.

Twitter also announced Users will now be notified whenever a Community Note is visible on a tweet they have liked, retweeted, or replied to, Users. will have more context and an awareness of the conversations happening on the platform.

The company tweeted from its @CommunityNotes account: “Starting today, you’ll get a heads up if a Community Note starts showing on a Tweet you’ve replied to, Liked or Retweeted. This helps give people extra context that they might otherwise miss.”
