Twitter's CEO, Elon Musk, has revealed that the company would soon release a few new features, including the ability to reply to individual direct messages (DM), use any reaction emoji, and use encryption. According to Musk's announcement, the new features will give users a more dynamic and secure experience on the platform, They launch later this month.

A user thanked Musk for his efforts in implementing the new features and asked if he could also provide the ability to "unsend" direct messages.
"That's great. Could you also look into possibly implementing an "unsend" feature for DMs?".
