More than 100 African nationals attacked Delhi Police Personnel, Four Held !!

Delhi Police officials were attacked by a violent mob of 100 African nationals on Saturday. He helped three African nationals living in India illegally to escape from police custody. When the police again went to Raju Park in Neb Sarai, the Delhi police team was again attacked by the African nationals, but the police succeeded in catching four of them. A senior police officer said that a team of Narcotics Cell had gone to Raju Park on Saturday to take action against foreign nationals staying outside the country.

Three African nationals caught without visa

At around 2.30 pm, the team nabbed three African nationals whose visas had expired, the official said. The officer said, the team was trying to bring them to the police station, but suddenly around 100 African nationals gathered there and obstructed the police team from working. Meanwhile, the two detained African nationals managed to escape. Later, a Philip was successfully captured.

Case registered against the accused under Foreigners Act

The officer said that, again at around 6:30 am, a joint team of Narcotics Squad and Police Station Neb Sarai reached Raju Park in search of overstaying foreign nationals and four African nationals including a woman Kene Chukwu David Williams Took into custody. A case has been registered against the accused under Section 420/120B of IPC read with 14 Foreigners Act in Crime Branch and passport has also been seized.

The accused Nigerians, identified as Igwe Emmanuel Chimezi, Ajigbe John, Queen Godwin, were placed in the second round of travel. But then around 150-200 African nationals gathered there. They were also trying to help the detained African nationals to escape but the police team managed to bring them to Neb Sarai police station. The official said that deportation proceedings are being taken to arrest foreign nationals who have stayed for more than the prescribed period.
