Maruti Suzuki has been working on its first full-electric model codenamed Maruti eVX for quite some time now. The concept was unveiled at the Auto Expo last year, followed by another near-production prototype at the inaugural India Mobility Expo earlier this year.
Now, it is confirmed that the Indo-Japanese carmaker will unveil the full production-spec version of the eVX at the upcoming edition of the India Mobility Expo scheduled to be held on January 17-22, 2025

This first electric car from Maruti Suzuki was introduced in concept form. At the same time, the production model of the eVX can be shown at the India Mobility Show, which will give information about the final specifications of this car. Along with India, this electric car can also be put on sale in the markets of Europe and Japan.

Test mules of the Suzuki eVX have been spotted on several occasions in the last few months. The eVX will be based on the brand's new Skateboard platform, resulting in a spacious cabin. According to Maruti Suzuki, this battery-powered SUV will have a 60kWh battery pack, which will give a driving range of up to 550 kilometers. In terms of dimensions, it is 4,300 mm in length, 1,800 mm in width and 1,600 mm in height.

Range of Maruti eVX
Maruti eVX can be launched in the market with two battery packs. This car can give a range of 550 kilometers on a single charge. Maruti's electric car can come with a 60 kWh battery pack. This car can be manufactured at the Suzuki Motor plant in Hansalpur, Gujarat.
When will Maruti eVX be launched?

Maruti eVX can be launched in the year 2025 itself. The company can launch this car in the market for sale soon after launching it at the India Mobility Show. This car can give tough competition to Tata Curve and MG ZS EV as well as Hyundai Creta EV.
