Aarav realized he was never a man even though born as one. He was a woman trapped in the man’s body and Rohan made him realized and accept the fact. He decided to take the life-changing decision of undergoing sex reassignment surgery.

However, it was difficult for Aarav as he was not confident about the after-effects. Rohan encouraged him throughout the process. Three doctors from Surat made this tough surgery possible that gave Aarav a new life and name.

Now Ayesha Patel is living happily with his husband Rohan Patel and both are ready to take upcoming challenges in life. However, Ayesha will not be able to conceive a baby but this doesn’t disappoint the couples and two are happy with their decision.
