JEE Main 2024 : Session 1 Registrations Starts On JEE Official Website, Syllabus Out

National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the application process for JEE Main 2024 session 1. Candidates can go to jeemain.nta.ac.in to read the notification and fill out the application form. The last date to apply is November 30.

The first session of the exam will be held in January-February and the second session is scheduled for April. Along with application forms, NTA has also released the information bulletin and syllabus of the exam.

JEE Main 2024 Registration: How to apply

• Visit the official website of JEE main at jeemain.nta.nic.in.
• Click on JEE Main 2024 session 1 registration link available on the home page.
• Enter the registration details and click on submit.
• Once done, login to the account and fill the application form.
• Make the payment of application fees and click on submit.
• Download the page and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

Syllabus

The National Testing Agencyis likely to release a notification on the updated syllabus for JEE 2024.

Citing a source, NTA said, "Just like NEET UG 2024, we have deleted some small portions from JEE  2024 too. It will be made available to students along with the application form".

JEE 24 Session

The first session will take place in January, followed by JEE MAIN session 2 in April.

The first JEE MAIN session will be held between 24 January and 1 February, and the second session will be held from 1 April to 15 April. Going by the past year's trends, candidates have internal choices within the sections — mathematics, physics, and chemistry. The question paper comprises 30 questions, divided into two sections.

JEE Age Restrictions

There are no age restrictions for candidates who wish to appear in the JEE Main 2024. Those who have cleared their class 12 or equivalent exams in 2021 or 2022 or are currently enrolled and will be appearing for the same in 2024, can participate in the JEE  2024 examination, regardless of their age.
