Janhvi Kapoor Charged This Much Amount for Her South Indian Debut Film

As per recent reports, Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor has raised her remuneration fees to make her debut in the Telegu film industry alongside Jr NTR. The Etimes reports suggested that the actress has been offered Rs 4 crore for the film, but the deal closed on Rs 5 crore.
Janhvi Kapoor doesn’t get this much amount in even her own industry, Bollywood. Her average pay scale in Bollywood is around Rs 3 crore per movie.

The sources also say that it is an equal amount that was paid to Shraddha Kapoor for the 2019 action-thriller film Saaho. The portrayal was first offered to Katrina Kaif, who asked for Rs 7 crore. Thereafter, the role went to Shraddha who got convinced in only Rs 5 crore. But her actual pay scale in Bollywood is around Rs 7 crore per movie. She is one of the highest-paid actresses in Bollywood.

In an interview, Janhvi Kapoor shared her thoughts about working with South superstar Jr NTR. She said, “I manifested it. I prayed every day for it. In every interview, I used to say that I want to work with NTR sir. This film might be the first time this (approach) worked for me. I do believe that what you put in the universe is what you attract. I have learned to be always positive and do your work. That is the moral of the story.”
