ED again sent summons to Jacqueline Fernandez

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez is once again in the news regarding the Rs 200 crore money laundering case related to Sukesh Chandrashekhar. The actress has been summoned by the ED for questioning on July 10. Jacqueline has been asked to appear at the ED (Enforcement Directorate) headquarters at 11 am. Earlier, the ED had told the Delhi High Court that Jacqueline Fernandez already knew everything about Sukesh's fraud. Jacqueline will be questioned shortly.

Jacqueline Fernandez - will be questioned again

Recently, Sukesh Chandrashekhar, the main accused in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case, has got bail from the Bombay High Court. However, keeping in view the other cases registered against him, he will remain in jail for the time being. Sukesh is lodged in Tihar Jail in Delhi.

Actress Jacqueline Fernandez's name has also been in controversy regarding this case which is about 9 years old and for the last 2-3 years she has been continuously visiting the ED office and the court. On Wednesday, news agency ANI has informed that Jacqueline has been summoned by the Enforcement Directorate.

Which is related to the 200 crore money laundering case of accused Sukesh. ED will again question the actress on this matter. Earlier, Jacqueline Fernandez has been questioned several times regarding this case. During the ED interrogation, Jacqueline also confessed to having a relationship with Sukesh Chandrashekhar.

Jacqueline confessed to Sukesh's gift

During a statement recorded in 2021, Jacqueline Fernandez had told that Sukesh Chandrashekhar had given her many gifts including three designer bags, two Gucci dresses for gym wear, expensive shoes, super luxury brand bracelets, bangles, Rolex and diamond earrings. According to the chargesheet, Sukesh also confessed that after befriending Jacqueline, he had given her several gifts worth crores.

Jacqueline has been to the court

In the year 2022, Jacqueline Fernandes has appeared in Delhi's Patiala House Court regarding this matter. For which she had been to the court many times. Due to this controversy, her acting career has also been eclipsed somewhere.

The whole matter is related to fraud

The 38-year-old Sri Lankan-origin actress has been questioned in this case earlier as well. This case is related to an alleged fraud of about Rs 200 crore with high-profile people including Aditi Singh, wife of former Fortis Healthcare promoter Shivinder Mohan Singh.
