Price(Honda CB350 vs Royal Enfield Classic 350)

Honda CB350 is set to directly compete with RE Classic 350 in the Indian market. Its starting price is Rs 2,09,558 ex-showroom. Whereas, Royal Enfield Classic 350 can be purchased at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 1,93,080.

Engine Specifications

The Honda CB350 is powered by the same 348.36 cc single-cylinder(Honda CB350 vs Royal Enfield Classic 350) air-cooled engine as the H’ness CB350 and CB350RS. This engine produces 21 HP of power and 29 Nm of torque, which is mated to a 5-speed transmission. It is paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

The RE Classic 350, on the other hand, gets a 349 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, which produces 20.2 hp of power and 27 Nm of torque. It is also paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

Hardware and braking

Royal Enfield Bullet 350 has telescopic suspension at the front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking duties are handled by a 300 mm disc brake at the front and 270 mm disc brake at the rear.

At the same time, Honda CB 350 includes a telescopic suspension unit at the front and a pair of nitrogen filled shock absorbers at the rear. For braking, 310mm disc brake is provided at the front and 240mm disc brake at the rear.
