We have seen Bipasha Basu’s perfectly toned figure but have we noticed the struggle and hard work behind it? Maintaining a good figure requires constant dedication and love towrads exercise which Bipasha clearly has.
During the lockdown where gyms were not opening she had found out amazing ways to workout at home and not compromise with her health.
Here she is with a motivating video for the ones who hated leg day and especially doing ‘Squats’. Bipasha nailed the 100 squat challenge and shared the video on Instagram. She captioned the inspiring video,
