Mr. Trump is facing so many charges that include, corruption, illegal affairs, money laundering cases, hiding non-classified documents within its private residents, and many more.

Many lawyers have filed lawsuits against Trump, Fani William is also the one who is the prosecutor for Trump’s interference in the Georgia election case. But she is now facing legal trial for her relationship with her co-aid or prosecutor Mr. Wade when they were proceeding against Mr. Trump’s criminal investigation.

It is not new but is disregarded by many Trump opposers who are bringing Mr. Trump’s misconduct & legal issues in front of the world and running a trial.

Fani Willis, a District Attorney in Georgia’s Fulton County, whose name surfaced in the media, when she led as a prosecutor against Mr. Trump allegation, a criminal investigation of Donald Trump over his contacts with state officials concerning the 2020 US election. She is described as a tough & pitbull in the court by her colleague.

Fani Willis is facing charges due to her alleged relationship with her co-aid or Prosecutor Mr. Wade during the trial. The defendant alleged that they even went on holiday trips with each other during the Trump case.  According to one of the defendants Miss Merchants who is also supporting Trump accused that both of the prosecutors used the Tump case money for their fancy vacations & love affairs.

Miss Fani Willis hired Mr. Wade for Trump’s alleged involvement in the election, but their partnership turned a bit deeper.

In January 2021 Mr. Trump called Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffernsperger asking him to “find” just enough votes to reverse his narrow loss in the pivotal state to Democrat Joe Biden. He also wanted to appoint the alternative slats of electors in a bid to reverse the voters in his favor rather than Biden.

Miss Fani Willis leading the case against Mr. Trump‘s involvement in the Georgia election. She was aggressive & vigilant when she was proceeding further with the case. She also sought the help of private Atlanta Lawyer John Floyd, who helped her to build the charge against Mr. Trump or his associates around Georgia’s Anti-organized crime law.

As a leading prosecutor, she charges against Trump allies including Republican U.S. Senator Lindsay Graham of South Carolina and Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, making them give testimony in the case.

Trump was not happy with the charges and targeted Wilis for political gain.

Miss Fani a District Attorney, is the daughter of a criminal defense attorney, who was a member of the Black Panther Party, a Black Power Movement that began in the 1960s. A Howard University graduate, she was privately practicing as a defense and family law attorney, before being elected as a district attorney for Fulton County, in Georgia.

Her two most notable cases were the teacher’s fraud case, where teachers who by fraud improved the standardized test score of their students to get prize cash bonuses & promotions for their achievement. 

In another case against the famous rapper Demonte Kendrick known as “Yak Gotti” and Jeffery Lamar Williams, who performed as Young Thug, and other hip hop artists all three were accused of involvement in street gangs.

Many of the top notable official black women of the US feel that Miss Fani’s case is similar to what many black women face in their work culture. Many talk about that issue with Miss Willis is simple to remove her from the case and the defendant uses her misconduct or affair as ammunition to remove her from the case.

Miss  Fani Willis also stated that she became the victim of racism by the Trump defenders. 

Former Democrat Senator of Ilinois Carol Moseley Braun said “Obviously, it was in somebody’s interest to bring her down, The fact that she’s a high-profile Black woman just means that she’s a bigger target.”

Ms. Hollis Palmer, a black attorney from Mississippi was upset with critics against the Willis and said – “little more discretion and a little better judgment.  We just have to be so careful when we are in these positions to not give people the ammunition to come after us.”

The case against Miss Willis is a subject of debate on various platforms, many think she has been targeted by the Trump faction to misalign her image, but at the same time, she had to be very cautious when she was dealing with high-profile cases where she is dealing with former President. Whether she will lead the case or not now is in the hands of the Jury of Georgia.  But Miss Fani’s case is not new in the US organization, where racism & sexism are the focal points at the workplace.
