As it has already been 10 O’Clock, the first inning is over and Chennai Super Kings sets a huge target of 178 at the loss of seven wickets against Gujarat Titans. CSK’s opener Ruturaj Gaikwad sets the platform for the team but still missed his century. He scored 92 runs in just 50 balls, including 4 fours and 9 sixes.

However, the other opener Devon Conway lost his wicket too early. He only scored 1 run in six balls. Apart from them, Moeen Ali scored 23 runs in 17 balls, Ben Stokes scored 7 runs in 6 balls, Ambati Rayudu scored 19 runs in 18 balls, both Ravindra Jadeja and Mitchell Santner scored 1 run and captain cool MS Dhoni scored 14 runs in just 7 balls.

At the start of the second inning, Chennai Super Kings introduced the first Impact Player of history in the form of young Indian fast bowler Tushar Deshpande, replacing Ambati Rayudu. On the other hand, Gujarat Titan’s openers Wriddhiman Shah and Shubman Gill started an explosive inning to chase Chenni’s 179 runs.

However, Shah lost his wicket on the score of 37 runs. He individually scored 25 runs on 16 balls, including 2 fours and 2 sixes. Thereafter, Gujarat introduced its Impact Player Sai Suudarsan, replacing Kane Williamson. He scored 22 runs in 17 balls.
