BCCI announced the Schedule of the Indian Team 2024-25, India will host three countries

The Indian cricket team is currently busy with the T20 World Cup 2024. Meanwhile, the BCCI has announced the schedule of Team India's next domestic season. Team India will host three teams in the 2024-25 season. During this time, teams from Bangladesh, New Zealand and England will tour India. The Indian team has to play a continuous series from September to February.

Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma may not be in the Indian team going on Zimbabwe tour after T20 World Cup 2024. There are reports of these people being given rest. The captaincy can be given to either Shreyas Iyer or Suryakumar Yadav. But after this India has to play a Test series in September and Rohit-Virat may return in it.

BCCI accounce Domestic season will start from September

India's international domestic season will begin with a two-match Test series against Bangladesh in September. After this, a three-match T20 series will also be played between India and Bangladesh. Chennai will host the first Test between India and Bangladesh starting on September 19, while Kanpur will host the second Test from September 27. Three T20 matches will be played in Dharamsala, Delhi and Hyderabad.

Three-match Test series against New Zealand

After this, the Indian team will play a three-match Test series against New Zealand. This will be very important in view of the World Test Championship final to be held next year. The first Test of this series will be played in Bengaluru on October 16. Pune and Mumbai will host the second and third Tests respectively.

Team India will play under the supervision of the new coach

On the arrival of the new year, an exciting white ball series will be seen between India and England. A series of five T20 and three ODI matches will be played between the two countries. The Indian team will also go on an Australian tour between the series of New Zealand and England. India's tour of Australia is to be held in November-December.

The most important thing is that Team India will play all these series under the supervision of the new coach. Rahul Dravid's tenure is ending after this T20 World Cup. The detailed schedule of the international domestic season 2024-25 is as follows-

  • 3rd Test Mumbai 1-5 November 2024 at 9:30 am

3- England tour of India India
