The MG Magester is expected to offer many impressive features. It is expected to feature LED headlights, LED DRLs, a large front grille, 20-inch alloy wheels, a dual-tone exterior, a 12.3-inch infotainment system, a dual-tone interior, a Type-C USB charging port, push-button start/stop, a panoramic sunroof, a wireless charging port, and multiple driving modes. Safety features include six airbags, ABS, EBD, hill assist, BSD, LCA, RCTA, DOW, self-adaptive cruising, and ADAS.

How powerful is the engine?

The manufacturer has not yet revealed any details about the SUV's engine, but it is believed to be offered with petrol and diesel engines. The petrol engine produces 184 kW of power and 410 Nm of torque. Additionally, the turbodiesel engine will produce 160 kW of power and 500 Nm of torque.

Both engines will also offer 4X4 capability. The petrol engine will have a top speed of 190 kmph, while the diesel variant will reach 175 kmph. The company may offer an 8-speed automatic transmission.

This SUV will be officially unveiled in India on February 12, 2026. Pricing is expected to be announced shortly thereafter. The JSW MG Magester is expected to be priced between ₹40 and ₹50 lakh (ex-showroom).
