The Asian Cricket Council officially released the schedule of the Asia Cup 2025, to be hosted by India, on Saturday, July 26. The tournament will be held in the UAE from 9 to 28 September. A total of eight teams will participate in the tournament. These have been divided into two groups. India, Pakistan, UAE and Oman have got a place in Group A.
At the same time, Group B has teams from Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Hong Kong. The group round matches will be played between 9 and 19 September. After this, the top-2 teams of both the groups will face each other in the Super Four round. The matches of the Super Four round will be played between 20 and 26 September. The final match of the tournament will be played on 28 September.
The India vs Pakistan mega match will be held on 14 September

The tournament will start on 9 September with a match between Afghanistan and Hong Kong. The Indian team will start its campaign against the UAE on 10 September. The much-awaited match between India and Pakistan will be played on September 14, 2025. The Indian team will play its last match in the group round against Oman on September 19.
The India vs Pakistan match can be held on September 21 in the Super Four round
India and Pakistan can also face each other in the Super Four round on September 21. This match is to be played between the top-2 teams of Group A. The two teams in the group are Oman and UAE. In such a situation, India and Pakistan have advanced to the Super-Four round and are set to clash for the second time in the tournament on September 21.
