Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been allowed bail in the alcohol strategy case. Mr Kejriwal's attorney had contended the Implementation Directorate (ED) had no proof against him.
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) boss is probably going to emerge from prison tomorrow, as the bail request needs to arrive at the prison first.
Arvind Kejriwal Granted Bail In Liquor Case

Niyay Bindu passed the request in the wake of hearing Kejriwal and the Implementation Directorate (ED) north of two days.
Judge Bindu had saved orders with regards to this issue recently.
The ED requested that the signing of the bail bond be postponed by 48 hours following the announcement of the order this evening so that the order could be challenged before the appellate court
Kejriwal Has Refused All Allegations
The allegations have been refuted by Kejriwal, who has also accused the ED of operating an extortion scheme.
Other AAP pioneers captured in a similar case incorporate previous Vice president Priest of Delhi, Manish Sisodia and Individual from Parliament Sanjay Singh.
Sisodia remains imprisoned, despite Singh's current release on bail.
ED Made Allegations On Kejriwal On Liquor Case

According to the ED, Arvind Kejriwal stayed at the Grand Hyatt hotel on November 7, 2021, while campaigning for the assembly election in Goa. Chanpreet Singh, who is alleged to have managed AAP funds in the coastal state, paid for his stay.
"The hotel received one lakh in two installments. The co-accused Chanpreet Singh used money from his bank account to pay for it. The ED informed the court that Chanpreet received 45 crore from various "Angadiyas" (couriers).
Arvind Kejriwal was arrested on March 21, under three weeks before the nation was setting out toward the parliamentary races. On May 10, the High Court allowed break bail to the AAP public convener till June 1 for battling in the Lok Sabha decisions.
